Yes, you will receive an email with an invoice when we pick up and weigh your laundry.
We offer 48hr service.
Except for orders sudmitted on Thursday and Friday they will be returned after the weekend.
Tell us in the signup form where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
A credit card is required when you sign up for service. A $25.00 minimum charge/cancellation fee will be held on your card, which will be applied towards your total cost.
